Products

All ceramic and polymer clay pieces are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, shape, and texture are part of the making process and are considered part of the design, not defects.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion if needed (for example, if there is an issue with payment, availability, or suspected fraud).

Pricing

All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays in transit. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
