Shipping Policy

Each order is carefully packed and shipped from our studio in British Columbia, Canada.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. During launches, markets, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will be notified if there are any significant delays.

Shipping times

Once shipped, delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier:

  • Canada: approximately 3–10 business days
  • United States: approximately 5–14 business days
  • International: approximately 10–25 business days

Please note that delays can occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

Tracking

Tracking is required on most orders, except for some smaller stationery items. All shipping options for a certain destination will be available at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. 

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays in transit.

If your tracking shows your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. We are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of shipment at hello@jenjumoonji.com.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help, but changes cannot always be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Customs & duties (international orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
