Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages, defects, or lost items
If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please reach out within 30 days of shipment so we can review the issue. Refunds or replacements may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays in transit. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Handmade items
My ceramic pieces and hand-sculpted clay charms/figurines are individually handmade, so slight variations in colour, shape, and texture are part of their natural character and are not considered defects.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Proof of purchase is required.
Legal rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in British Columbia or Canada.
