When will I get my order?

Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 2 to 10 business days, depending on the local postal service. For international orders, delivery times vary and can take longer, depending on the destination.

When do you ship orders?

I ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Since I handle everything myself, from crafting to packaging, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped (unless otherwise noted). Any order delays will be notified via email or on my IG page.

Where do you ship?

I currently ship to Canada, USA, the EU, Mexico, Latin America, and select international regions.

Do you offer untracked shipping?

Yes! Untracked letter mail is available for lightweight stationery items (such as stickers, sticker sheets, greeting cards and art prints) within Canada.

I also offer untracked shipping for orders to the USA and EU, which is available for lightweight stationery items only.

*This is the most affordable option, but please note that untracked shipping means I can't provide updates once your order is sent.

What about tracked shipping?

I offer tracked shipping at a flat rate based on location. Tracked shipping is required for all non-stationary items.

Will I have to pay customs fees?

International customers may be required to pay customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. I highly encourage to check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

Please note that buyers are still responsible for any applicable customs fees upon delivery.

What’s your return policy?

I don't accept returns, but if your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, let me know within 30 days of shipment, and I'll do my best to help! Depending on the situation, I can provide a refund or send a replacement.
